Matlab Code

All these .m files require the simultaneous use of ISET with RayTrace module. Because of size contraints please email for original data files

oiLoopCalc.m Script for ISET to automate raytrace optical images.
diCurved.m Calculate field distortion plot for perfectly spherical surface.
rttest.m took 3 photon images, Scene, Ball CFPA, Digital Camera then calculated the error between the images.

Data

Data was recorded often as either in a text file, or excel files.

Misc Data in Excel Some comparison data, zemax field height analysis, misc comparisons.
Everything else in a .zip file, please ask via email. The raytrace data is over 100MB and cannot be supported on this website. There are also many files that are available only via email requests.
